The stove overhead vent filter cover fell off in transit onto the glass stove cover. Called the RV dealer we bought it from and asked for help, and they told us we had to drag it 200 miles to there dealership to get it fixed. (BLUEDOG RV PASCO WA) The dealer had it for two months and didn't do anything, then called and said it was done. They didnt even do a proper winterization on it that we paid for. The closest dealer that would do the warranty work was 125 miles away. I left it at their shop for 7 weeks and they were not able to secure a new awning because the part was back ordered.
